These Terms & Conditions govern your access to and use of the Kwiksafar website, dashboard and digital services. By using our services, you acknowledge that you have read and understood these terms and agree to comply with them.
2. Services
Kwiksafar may provide or facilitate services including PAN-related services, mobile recharge, DTH recharge, money transfer, bill payment, AEPS, FASTag, LPG-related services, digital wallet features, transaction records and reports.
3. User Responsibilities
- Provide accurate, complete and up-to-date information when requested.
- Keep login credentials, OTPs, PINs and other security information confidential.
- Use the platform only for lawful and authorized purposes.
- Do not attempt to misuse, disrupt, reverse engineer or gain unauthorized access to the platform.
- Review transaction details before confirming a transaction.
4. Transactions & Third-Party Services
Some services may be processed through banks, payment networks, telecom operators, billers, government portals or other third-party service providers. Processing times, availability, charges and successful completion may therefore depend on those providers.
5. Wallet & Account Security
Where wallet or account functionality is available, users are responsible for safeguarding their account credentials and for promptly reporting suspected unauthorized activity. Kwiksafar may restrict or suspend access where required for security, compliance, investigation or protection of users and the platform.
6. Fees & Charges
Applicable service fees, commissions or transaction charges, where any, will be communicated through the relevant service flow or dashboard. Third-party charges may also apply.
7. Service Availability
We aim to provide a reliable service, but uninterrupted availability cannot be guaranteed. Maintenance, connectivity issues, partner downtime, technical failures or events beyond reasonable control may affect service availability.
8. Intellectual Property
The Kwiksafar name, branding, interface, content and original materials are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. You may not copy, reproduce or commercially exploit them without appropriate authorization.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the extent permitted by applicable law, Kwiksafar will not be responsible for losses arising from unauthorized use of an account caused by the user's failure to protect credentials, third-party service interruptions, network failures or circumstances outside reasonable control.
10. Changes to These Terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Updated terms will be published on this page with a revised update date. Continued use of the services after an update indicates acceptance of the revised terms, subject to applicable law.
11. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
These terms are intended to be governed by the laws applicable in India. Subject to applicable law, disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the competent courts having jurisdiction over Ludhiana, Punjab.
